We worked with Michael for my engagement ring. Michael took the time to thoroughly explain important information about selecting a diamond and a setting, how to care for it, and to share his honest opinions from so many years in the industry. He and others at Blue Nile informed us about the process for getting my ring cleaned and resized, and set clear timeline expectations. When the first diamond I selected was not available, Michael jumped on it to find another option that was just as beautiful and kept us informed throughout the process. I felt comfortable and respected the entire time. And I can’t stress enough how much education and transparency he provided that made this experience enjoyable.
